Class Description I have been teaching muscle and bone and have been focusing on coordination exercises where the body is forced into a situation where it has competing demands to deal with. I also focus on a lot of strength work by teaching a lot of inversions such as handstands and backbends etc. Recently I have been adding some partner work into the also - allowing participants to counterbalance with a partner, as well as using our partner as an additional weight to building lifting strength in the body. |
